MIA Victoria operates an appointment system and patients should telephone our reception staff to arrange an appointment time. Patients without an appointment who require urgent attention are seen as soon as possible after discussion between the referring doctor and attending radiologist.

Appointments are generally required in all specialised departments; however they are not always necessary for general x-rays. MIA Victoria offers a full range of medical diagnostic imaging procedures and state-of-the-art technology to provide accurate and speedy results to your doctor.

This together with the caring attitude of our staff, from radiologists, medical imaging technologists to office receptionists, ensures that your comfort is guaranteed and your doctor is given the best information possible to assist with your diagnosis.

Our staff are committed to friendly, personalised service for all patients and are willing to assist in any way you need when you visit one of our clinics. Some tests require preparation; if you are unsure of what to do, please ask our staff prior to your appointment.

A referral and any previous films must be brought with the patient when attending an appointment.
